Choosing Inkjet or Inkjet Cartridges

An ink cartridge or inkjet cartridge is a replaceable component of an inkjet printer that contains the ink (and sometimes the print head itself). Each ink cartridge contains one or more partitioned ink reservoirs.

There are a variety of printer cartridges available on the market, so finding the right cartridge for your specific needs may be difficult. You have the option to choose between using a cartridge straight from the manufacturer or a refilled cartridge.

The 2 main types of toner cartridges include:
Cartridges from the manufacturer – these types of cartridges offer quality but tend to be more expensive.
Refilled printer cartridges – will cost less but may not offer such good quality.

Other considerations when purchasing a printer cartridge is that some printer companies offer different quality levels in toner cartridges, meaning that there may be cartridges made for text only printing and others made for photo printing. Depending on your printing needs, speaking to a professional printer supplier can help save you time and money in the long run.
